swine flu = a deadly flu like thing hit australia (where i am) but not close to me yet Mad Cow Diease = something that would infect whole entire herds of cattle and they would turn mad hard to explain but anyway i came across this pic on http://icanhascheezburger.com/ thats the cat site and there is a dog site : http://ihasahotdog.com/ any way taking into consideration swin (pig) flu and mad COW diease i give you this pic:

no its not and the quarintene sections have FAILED again they screwed up over a year ago with the horse flu and we were all made to suffer because someone let horses out of quarintene early cause they had left their own country late and had to compete horses died and had to have special paperwork to be moved our racing was even shut down
